As well as being able to retrieve some compensation for me the service provided was outstanding. I was always kept fully up to date about my claim and the whole process was stress free. We received the money not long after my partner and I have had our first child so you can imagine how this has come in really useful. Some will be invested for our daughter's future. Simon Jesse was not really convinced...When I started the process of investigating PPI with The Fair Trade Practice I was pessimistic and not really convinced that the information I supplied to them would result in a successful conclusion. However I have been overwhelmed by the outcomes of some of my claims so far. Not all claims have been successful and some of these were just due to no PPI on the original agreement but who can remember everything. This is where TFTP excelled because they uncovered all of my potential agreements from the 4 I remembered to 16 cases now under investigation or that have been completed. This is your money (well not this because this is mine) But the amounts are surprising and most welcome. It really takes no time to kick off and I have been well informed at each stage, there is even an APP now to keep you up to date. TFTP do take a fee of course providing this service and depending on the case this may seem like a lot of money but you always receive more than them and it was money you never knew was yours to reclaim. I personally wouldn't have the time or legal skills to chase all of these individually so I can only praise TFTP and the extremely helpful team for the money I have received back so far.
Mr F Bird had given up hope...What can I say other than thank you, the service you have given me has been great and it's good to know that the Financial Services have been made to redress some of their wrongs. There will be those that say that the percentage levied is high, but to them I would say that as an individual having had approaches declined, I had given up hope. Whatever I have received therefore has been a bonus, and there have been many! Great service, great people, really pleased.
