The Fair Trade Practice is a market-leading Claims Management Company based on the south coast of Hampshire. We are a professional, diligent and ethical firm who engage our customers in a friendly, human way and are proud to be a leader in our industry.

We have experienced success and growth due to our ethical approach in helping our clients check their finances.  We are proud that our business model is led by recommendations from our satisfied clients as we have always opposed spam and unsolicited call practices.

Our high level of transparency and an experienced approach sets us aside from our competitors:

PPI

  • We establish if PPI has been added without knowledge on any historical credit
  • Where we identify PPI we discuss the grounds for possible mis-sale with the client
  • We issue individually tailored mis-sale complaints to client's lenders
  • Where a client doesn't agree with a lenders decision we take the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
  • We keep clients informed throughout the process with a monthly status update email and access to their own personal online claims management tool
  • We have a UK-based Customer Service Team to provide help and support

PBA

  • We discuss and document the context in which your packaged bank account was arranged
  • If grounds for mis-sale are identified we will discuss these further and tailor our complaint to submit to your lender
  • We keep clients informed throughout the process with a monthly status update email and access to their own personal online claims management tool
  • We have a UK-based Customer Service Team to provide help and support
