If I’ve had late payments or arrears in the past on my credit card or loan, can I still claim?
Answer:
In cases where customers are in arrears, the compensation will first be used to clear the outstanding debt, and any amount remaining after the arrears are cleared will be sent to you in the form of a cheque or will show as a credit on your account.
